Top SchoolOliver Scheer is a Software Architect with 11+ years of professional experience building cloud-native, scalable solutions across industries such as automotive, manufacturing, energy, and media. He combines hands-on engineering in Azure, .NET, Kubernetes, TypeScript, and modern web stacks with technical leadership—designing architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and developer experience improvements. At Microsoft and in consulting roles he coached teams on Clean Code, observability, and DevOps while delivering production systems and AI-enhanced features using OpenAI and Cognitive Services. Now at adesso SE after leading principal engineering at Medialesson, he blends consulting, training, and implementation to turn complex requirements into maintainable platforms. Based in Bavaria, he brings deep cross-domain experience and a practical knack for translating event-scale enablement (hackathons, large trainings) into lasting team capability.
