Senior🎓
Top SchoolOlivier Hedin is a seasoned Product Manager and Software Architect with nine years at ADEO, where he leads the data platform and has driven multiple omnichannel publishing and merchandising platforms. He blends hands-on engineering (Node.js, Solr/Elasticsearch, Couchbase, Docker) with product discipline—shaping APIs and user workflows for merchandizers, content editors and front-ends. Olivier’s background as lead of ADEO’s software architecture chapter gives him a systems-level view that balances technical strategy and incremental delivery. He is comfortable with agile practices, backlog prioritization techniques like business value games, and has repeatedly translated complex retail needs into scalable services. Based in Lille and trained at Telecom Lille 1, he pairs deep technical fluency with practical product instincts across large, multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
