Top SchoolOlutunmbi Banto is a CEO and seasoned software engineer with 9 years' experience building cloud-native web and mobile products and leading cross-functional teams from Lagos. He founded and architects solutions at Cloudsphere Technologies, using AI and automation to remove bottlenecks, cut waste, and accelerate product development across multiple web and mobile projects. As an engineering manager at Speedpay and divisional director at Octo5, he has driven process re-engineering that boosted productivity by up to 40% and reduced paperwork by 75% while maintaining 99.9% uptime through CI/CD to AWS. Hands-on across the full stack, he has shipped significant frontend and mobile work (React/React Native, Ionic) and designed five enterprise products for corporate and individual clients. A pragmatic builder who prefers working systems over buzzwords, he spends his time researching tools, testing workflows, and turning complex tech into practical operational improvements. He also brings an unusual background—a B.Sc. in Botany paired with AWS cloud training—giving him a systems-thinking approach to product and process design.
