Senior🎓
Top SchoolOskars Germovs is a seasoned Full Stack Engineer and Co‑Owner leading IT at Noker.lv with 20+ years of experience modernizing legacy systems, building APIs and web platforms, and shipping cross-country retail and gaming solutions. He combines deep PHP/Laravel expertise with Vue/TypeScript front-end work, SOAP microservices, and hands-on DevOps (AWS, Docker, Forge) to deliver scalable, maintainable systems. Notable achievements include a proprietary Laravel CMS with 34+ packages, bespoke Docker environments supporting PHP 5.x–8.3, and Python packages for OBS integrations. Equally comfortable as an engineer and technical leader, he bridges product needs and infrastructure, driving AI-driven modernization efforts and open-source tooling through Solm DeSignum. Fluent in Latvian and Russian, he’s pragmatic about fast migrations and creative UIs—often prototyping live via streaming tools and custom developer utilities.
