Senior🎓
Top SchoolPablo Alcaraz is an experienced IT coordinator and leader with 11+ years managing enterprise IT operations, help desks, and system rollouts across manufacturing and services environments. He blends hands-on technical skills—Kotlin, Python, Scala, Java, NodeJS, backend and realtime systems—with practical program management experience deploying SharePoint, Project Server, SAP integrations, RF devices and Windows migrations. A former Army Reserve commander and EO trainer, Pablo brings disciplined personnel management, career counseling and large-unit oversight to technology teams, having led a 40-person unit and supported a 1,000-employee call center. Comfortable at the intersection of customer service and engineering, he’s known for resolving complex system issues while also designing processes for scale and compliance, such as quarterly drug-testing programs and enterprise change coordination. Based in Ridott, Illinois, he pairs an unusual background in music performance with strong technical breadth and a knack for high-concurrency, realtime backend work.
