Senior🎓
Top SchoolPablo Martínez is a backend-focused developer with 13 years of engineering experience who cut his teeth in the era of full‑stack generalists and now favors functional paradigms and Elixir alongside a strong Java and Node background. He has co-founded and led multiple startups (Twinsprite, BtwinBooks, GossipDress) where he blended IoT, mobile, and cloud services, and has shipped large-scale Java/Spring systems for enterprise clients like Vodafone. Comfortable moving between backend services, APIs and light front-end work, he’s known for diagnosing thorny production issues—from blocked Java threads to callback-heavy Node apps—and for pragmatic tradeoffs when time is tight. Based in Asturias, Spain, he pairs systems-level thinking from an Automation and Real‑Time Systems background with hands-on execution in AWS, MongoDB and distributed IoT platforms. An engineer who enjoys introducing newer tools when they fit, he recently embraced Elixir after years of successful polyglot practice.
