Top SchoolPablo Morelli is a Lead Backend Engineer based in Stockholm with 10 years of experience building cloud-native, production-grade systems and leading engineering teams. He combines deep Go expertise and a passion for Kubernetes with hands-on architecture and infra skills—designing and shipping an IP Intelligence product at Mastercard that spans Terraform, Istio, Karpenter, Flux and Auth0. Pablo has steered domain-driven microservices and platform initiatives across fintech and payments, driving migrations to GCP and raising delivery velocity through upstream services and engineering practices. As a technical lead he blends people coaching with pragmatic engineering: vertical feature slices, acceptance testing, and minimal mocking in code to keep systems maintainable and observable. Colleagues rely on him to turn complex security and data requirements into deployable, scalable services while keeping a keen interest in orchestration and developer experience.
