Top SchoolPankaj Jha is a versatile software consultant and technical lead with over 13 years of experience building web and enterprise systems using Golang, Node.js, MEAN/MERN stacks, PHP Laravel and WordPress. He blends hands-on development (8 years with Node/Angular/Typescript and 5 years with React) with architecture, infrastructure design and operational management, frequently deploying serverless solutions on AWS Lambda. Experienced in leading teams of up to 10 engineers, he has repeatedly delivered product and platform work across startups and service firms, guiding projects through full lifecycle from requirements to deployment. He combines process discipline (CMMI) with practical documentation and client/vendor management, enabling solutions that align with business strategy. Based in Uttar Pradesh, India, Pankaj emphasizes iterative improvement—reflected in his GitHub motto—and often bridges legacy PHP systems with modern cloud-native stacks. Notably, he has shifted between hands-on coding and leadership roles throughout his career, maintaining deep technical involvement while scaling teams and delivery.
