Top SchoolPankaj Tandon is a seasoned Software Program Manager with 12+ years at NVIDIA and over three decades in semiconductor and technology program leadership, blending deep engineering roots with PMP-certified program execution. He specializes in launching and managing cross-functional NPI programs, transitioning products to manufacturing, and driving cost, quality, and reliability improvements across multinational, matrixed teams. His background spans hands-on VLSI and process engineering through senior program and director roles at Intel, Seagate, Sun, Spansion, and Fairchild, giving him rare end-to-end insight from device physics to software-driven product delivery. Based in Saratoga, California, he is adept at supplier and business partner management and consistently aligns technical roadmaps with manufacturing realities.
