Top SchoolPanos Kokkinidis is a product architect and seasoned software practitioner with nearly three decades in the workforce and over a decade focused on product architecture and delivery in banking and fintech. He has a proven track record of architecting and productizing enterprise platforms—leading the design, versioned delivery and automated deployment of API-driven banking products used for loan and credit card origination. Equally comfortable in hands-on .NET and front-end development as in defining architecture, he blends expertise in BPM standards, big data tooling (Spark, Kafka) and Azure DevOps to drive digital transformation. A transformational leader and mentor, he has built and coached multiple cross-functional teams, introduced SPA approaches for superior UX, and instituted CI/CD and Agile practices across organizations. He combines deep domain knowledge of customer onboarding, underwriting and product pricing with a pragmatic focus on incremental delivery and measurable business outcomes. Based in Athens, Panos pairs a physics background with a long history of turning complex banking requirements into maintainable, standards-based software products.
