Top SchoolPaolo Rollo is a full-stack software engineer and serial founder based in Rome with eight years of experience building web3, AI, and product-focused platforms. He co-founded multiple startups (urbe.eth, CIDARO blockchain, playerself, BrianknowsAI, Builders Garden) and has held engineering roles at firms like LASER ROMAE, thirdweb and Eco, blending hands-on implementation with product leadership. Paolo has coached Ethereum/Web3 learners and shipped end-to-end systems from smart contracts to user-facing interfaces, often working nights and weekends on experimental builds. Known as a sleep-deprived serial hacker, he pairs entrepreneurial grit with deep practical experience in blockchain and AI tooling.
