Top SchoolParth Padgaonkar is a Staff Android Engineer and seasoned mobile engineering leader with 11 years building high-quality Android apps and scaling teams across fintech and consumer products in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has a track record of shipping end-to-end mobile and backend systems—rebuilding Android apps, introducing Kotlin and modern Android architectures, and delivering platform features like TOTP, wallet provisioning, and robust CI/CD at scale. Parth excels at growing and retaining diverse, high-performing teams (doubling teams with zero attrition, boosting engagement and app ratings) while coordinating complex cross-functional roadmaps across many stakeholders. He’s an experienced speaker and mentor who cares deeply about inclusive engineering cultures and explicitly avoids crypto/Web3 work. An unusual blend of linguistics/cognitive science background and hands-on Android systems experience gives him a user-centered perspective that informs both product and infrastructure decisions.
