Senior🎓
Top SchoolPascal Mietlicki is a DevOps-focused project manager and infrastructure engineer with 11 years of experience building and operating Kubernetes, Rancher and container platforms while also developing web applications in PHP (Laravel), Java and Vaadin. He combines hands-on system administration and network architecture for public-sector environments with strategic management training, enabling him to translate user needs into secure, scalable information systems and dashboards. Pascal has led cross-functional migrations (LAMP to Kubernetes/Rancher), implemented automation with Git/Ansible, and driven observability, backup and identity projects for education and government organizations. Comfortable from datacenter networking to application code, he pairs deep technical tooling knowledge (Terraform/Ansible/Puppet, Docker, PostgreSQL/Oracle) with a user-focused approach to infrastructure sustainability. Not obvious from titles: he has a background in low-level and classical languages (C++, Ada 95) and BI platform administration, giving him breadth across systems, analytics and development. Based in Greater Toulouse, he thrives on modernizing public-sector IT through collaborative, pragmatic solutions.
