Top SchoolPascale Pierre is a Web Implementation Specialist and creative operations leader with nine years of experience building systems that help teams work smarter across retail, fintech, and B2B sectors. She combines hands-on web implementation on Shopify and Squarespace with program design—onboarding, QA frameworks, and training systems—that have cut ramp time and revision cycles in prior roles. At Whole Foods she led regional creative ops for 40+ stores and designed the playbooks and training that scaled a 40-person design organization, and at Kasasa she translated marketing needs into modular creative systems for 100+ financial institutions. Known for translating complex systems into clear, learnable experiences, she excels at cross-functional alignment and driving user adoption of new tools and platforms. Now based in Austin and actively pivoting into customer success enablement, program management, or product education, she brings a daily AI practice and a knack for turning overwhelming tools into moments of clarity.
