Top SchoolPatricia Mcphee is an experienced Technical Content Manager and product-minded developer with two decades of experience documenting APIs, SDKs, and developer platforms across Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, GE Healthcare, and LivePerson. She combines content strategy, UX design, and front-end development to own documentation systems end-to-end—building Docusaurus sites, custom plugins, and CI-integrated tooling while leading ContentOps at enterprises like Cigna. As an independent founder she shipped TechWrit AI, a code-aware documentation platform with 17 modes, a VS Code extension, and a REST API, and open-sourced Trellis Docs, a Next.js-based docs framework. Her work uniquely blends hands-on coding (from VS Code extensions to custom search plugins) with research-driven content design and prompt architecture for LLM-generated docs. Based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area, she’s seeking senior roles in Technical Content Management, Developer Experience, or Principal Technical Writing, preferring remote opportunities.
