Top SchoolPatricio Napoli is a Chief Technology Officer and systems engineer with nine years of experience building distributed systems, peer-to-peer networks, and blockchain infrastructure from Montevideo, Uruguay. He has shipped Rust-first core protocols for ZKP orchestration, libp2p networks, and Ethereum staking/payment logic, and previously contributed to Substrate XCM and asset conversion work at Parity. His background blends low-level C++ and graphics work with Go and ML-backed real-time services, reflecting a habit of treating coding as a full-time hobby. Patricio has a strong operational track record—bootstrapping internal platforms, CI/CD and Kubernetes deployments, and data pipelines serving real-time game features at scale. He’s comfortable spanning protocol design to product-facing integrations (Unity, Algorand dApps, TEAL), and often optimizes for cost-effective load balancing and storage in constrained environments. Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic engineer who pairs deep systems expertise with hands-on implementation and an appetite for cryptography and peer-to-peer innovation.
