Top SchoolPatrick Horrigan is a Principal Data Platform Architect and President with 10+ years delivering mission-critical, PCI-regulated billing and revenue systems, specializing in end-to-end ownership of correctness, availability, and compliance. He designs and modernizes large-scale Oracle-to-cloud migrations and real-time data replication into Databricks, blending architecture, hands-on engineering, and production operations. Known as a cross-organizational SME and final escalation point for complex billing, identity, and entitlement incidents, he builds governance, monitoring, and audit-aware tooling that keeps high-risk systems running. His work includes dramatic storage and performance optimizations (hundreds of terabytes archived/compressed) and generation of massive automated transformation code to consolidate thousands of tables with zero migration defects post go-live. Based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area, he pairs a computer science and accounting background with a pragmatic, compliance-first approach that translates complex data systems into stable business outcomes.
