Chief Technology Officer at Corfix
Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
Summary
👤
SeniorPatrick Leckey is a cloud-native CTO with nearly 20 years in engineering and 13 years of documented experience leading software organizations across SaaS and enterprise domains. He has led large migrations to AWS and GCP and scaled SaaS platforms handling 200M+ monthly page views using stacks that include Java, Python, Node.js, PHP (Laravel), React and Angular. A pragmatic engineering manager, he has built and coached high-performing teams from startups to global vendors like Amadeus and SurveyMonkey, plus volunteer-led rapid-response projects such as Vaccine Hunters Canada that delivered millions of searches in weeks. Patrick blends deep hands-on technical chops with strategic architecture work—designing hybrid cloud and cloud-native systems while still contributing to code and DevOps. He’s a seasoned conference speaker and leader who repeatedly turns complex, high-traffic requirements into resilient, measurable delivery. Based in Ottawa, he pairs enterprise-scale thinking with a bias for rapid, impact-driven engineering.
