He holds a PhD in Informatics from Kyoto University and has translated academic research—particularly on blockchain for education and decentralized learner records—into practical systems and industry collaborations. Patrick has led end-to-end ML deployments, IoT integrations, and MLOps practices for industrial clients like Holcim while also founding tech for remote work as CTO of Jobwher. Equally comfortable in research labs and client delivery, he blends deep technical expertise in LLMs, predictive analytics, and automation with a track record of improving learning outcomes and operational efficiency.
