Seattle, Washington, United States
Summary
👤
SeniorPatrick Sebring is a Principal Technical Designer based in Seattle who blends over two decades of software and game development with focused leadership in AR/VR and immersive platform prototyping. He has driven design-technical efforts at Epic Games, Apple, Meta Reality Labs, and Microsoft, shepherding nascent input research, Mixed Reality tooling, and rapid prototype pipelines. A maker at heart, he ran an indie studio and continues building divergent physical-digital experiences that inform his systems architecture and gameplay design decisions. Patrick’s background spans low-level systems and scripting to high-level product direction, giving him a rare ability to move ideas from proof-of-concept code to production-ready interaction models. Notably, he pairs hands-on engineering chops with design sensibilities—having led technical design on shipped titles while architecting experiments that push what immersive interfaces can do.
