Senior🎓
Top SchoolPatrick Tăng is a Senior Software Engineer and architect with 11 years of experience building high-scale, resilient systems across enterprise, manufacturing, and cloud storage domains. He leads cross-functional teams to modernize legacy platforms—recently migrating core evidence management systems from Windows to Linux/Kubernetes and delivering on-prem solutions supporting thousands of real-time devices. Comfortable across languages from Java/Scala and .NET to Rust and Go, he combines deep systems engineering with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Terraform, Elasticsearch) and Big Data tooling like Spark. Patrick has driven digital transformation at factory scale—designing IoT and predictive maintenance solutions that saved costs and enabled paperless shop-floor operations for thousands of users. He’s pragmatic and hands-on, having implemented an in-house Rust-based DB sync service and a hybrid cloud storage handling 30k+ requests/sec, demonstrating rare fluency in both embedded/edge and cloud-native architectures. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, he’s seeking Principal/Technical Architect roles where independent problem solving under tight deadlines and cross-stakeholder communication deliver measurable impact.
