Summary
👤
SeniorPatrick Züst is a Senior Solutions Architect based in Zurich with eight years of experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations, APIs, and scalable solutions across finance and Web3. He blends hands-on coding with client-facing pre-sales and technical account management, leading PoCs, workshops, and security-focused integrations for large organizations. His background ranges from blockchain rollup services and EVM appchains to building API management platforms and client onboarding flows at major Swiss financial institutions. A former Silicon Valley correspondent and prolific journalist, he brings rare storytelling and communication skills to technical roles, making complex architectures accessible to stakeholders. Curious and adventurous by nature, he has a history of unconventional projects—from automated image analysis in dendrochronology to getting apps into Android charts as a teen—which fuels his pragmatic, experiment-driven approach. Currently focused on enterprise process automation at Flowable, he also contributes to technical documentation, public writing, and training to scale team knowledge.
