Senior🎓
Top SchoolPatryk Hyla is a Data & Analytics leader with 12 years of experience building cloud-native platforms, teams and governance that turn complexity into measurable business outcomes. Currently Head of IT & Data at Danone in Warsaw, he has progressed from hands-on BI and identity management roles to leading enterprise analytics strategy and delivery across Azure, Databricks and Power BI. He combines strategic vision with a bias for execution—designing simplified architectures and strong foundations that scale reliably across regions. Known for building high-performance teams, he emphasizes ownership, quality and a culture where trust and enjoyment drive productivity. His background spans both technical operations (AD, server rooms, IT support) and analytics program leadership, giving him uncommon empathy for the operational realities that enable data initiatives. Fluent in connecting cloud technology to commercial value, he consistently focuses on long-term, governance-conscious solutions rather than short-term fixes.
