Senior🎓
Top SchoolPaul Cuciureanu is a Lead AI Platform Developer with 11 years of experience designing end-to-end SaaS and platform systems that align product strategy with scalable, observable engineering. He led the transformation of Ubisoft’s fragmented DevOps tools into widely adopted product platforms—most notably the PUP publishing pipeline and the Hydra machine-management system—improving release reliability and global studio productivity. A founder-turned-platform engineer, he blends startup agility from health-tech and cloud-communications ventures with enterprise-grade CI/CD, observability, and cloud expertise across GCP, AWS, and Azure. He excels at turning operational complexity into data-informed products that boost adoption, ROI, and developer experience. Based in Montreal, he also builds community-focused sustainability initiatives and brings a UX-minded approach to platform design informed by formal training in tech entrepreneurship and AI product management. Notably, his work often surfaces the hidden telemetry and workflow bottlenecks that unlock measurable gains in distributed build, test, and release operations.
