Top SchoolPaul Fortin is a technical leader based in Hong Kong with nearly a decade of hands-on IT experience and a decade-plus background in e-commerce, specializing in Magento 2 implementations. He leads development teams at Expertime Open, driving quality, best practices, pre-sales scoping, and cross-system integrations (PIM, DAM, ERP) for medium to large APAC and European clients. Comfortable bridging technical delivery and client handover, he also champions new web technologies such as chatbots and API-driven platforms while overseeing post-launch maintenance. Paul’s background spans Magento, Drupal and WordPress, and he pairs developer management with practical tasks like deployment and knowledge transfer. Fluent in English and French from prior multilingual projects, he brings a methodical, curious approach rooted in an international IT engineering education.
