Senior🎓
Top SchoolPaul Jarrow is a Senior Software Engineer based in Vancouver with 11 years of experience building web applications and distributed systems, currently contributing to Unity's Hub as part of an Electron + React team. He favors high-level languages for rapid product work but deliberately dives into low-level challenges—multi-threading and even assembly—when performance or correctness demand it. His background spans startups and large studios, including EA and SkipTheDishes, giving him a pragmatic mix of product-minded full‑stack skills and disciplined engineering practices. Paul excels when learning or tackling novel problems, often pairing front-end UX concerns with backend reliability. A University of Manitoba CS co-op alumnus, he has repeatedly moved between roles as an individual contributor and freelancer, which sharpened his ability to deliver end-to-end solutions under varying constraints.
