Top SchoolPaul Korzhyk is a multidisciplinary technology leader with 15+ years building scalable software and hardware systems across startups, enterprise products, and academic R&D. He blends hands-on engineering—from Google-scale backend and frontend work to embedded electronics, PCB prototyping, and CNC—while leading teams as CTO and technical founder. At Kyiv Aviation Institute he transformed a dormant lab into an active rapid-prototyping facility within nine months, applying Lean and human-centric design to bridge aerospace research and student-led hardware projects. Comfortable across full stacks and manufacturing pipelines, he pairs product-minded decision making with practical execution in AI, cloud services, and maker tooling (Scriptcad). Fluent in modern web stacks and physical engineering, he’s notable for reviving legacy codebases and improving throughput by aligning tooling, training, and process.
