Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolPaul Roșca is a software engineer based in Baia Mare, Romania with two years of professional experience building full-stack applications and shipping production software. He has worked across startups and established firms—contributing to Snyk and now Cresta—bringing practical experience in Vue2/3, TypeScript, Electron, and backend systems from his IBM internship and Oram Labs work. Paul improved large-file financial processing performance dramatically (cutting processing time from ~30 minutes to ~5 minutes) and led migrations from Vue2/JavaScript to Vue3/TypeScript, showing a knack for both optimization and maintainable modernization. He pairs strong academic credentials—a high-performing bachelor’s and master’s in computer science/software engineering—with hands-on mentoring and task coordination on small teams. Comfortable with cloud deployment, testing, and microkernel-style architectures, he tends to favor pragmatic, performance-first solutions. Colleagues would describe him as technically curious and focused on turning accountant and user feedback into measurable product improvements.
