Senior🎓
Top SchoolPaul Timmins is a telecommunications specialist and systems engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience designing networks, security, and VoIP platforms while running his own consultancy and an ISP build-out. He combines practical hardware repair and a basement test lab with deep protocol knowledge (SS7, MPLS, SONET) and Perl scripting to rapidly prototype and deploy infrastructure solutions. As owner of Timmins Aviation LLC he also navigates complex part 107 operations, airspace waivers, and regulatory constraints—an unusual mix of RF/networking expertise and real-world aviation operations. Known for creative problem solving, he bridges legal/technical interconnection issues and regulatory compliance to accelerate time-to-market. Paul’s multilingual curiosity and instructor credentials reflect a continual learning mindset that makes him comfortable tackling unfamiliar tech and operational challenges.
