Top SchoolPauli Østerø is a pragmatic web and application developer with 12+ years of experience delivering user-friendly digital communications and integrations, currently splitting his time between farming and leading web product development. A long-standing Composite C1 community hero (9+ years) and active contributor of widely used addons, he’s the go-to expert for Composite CMS integrations and practical extensions. As CTO and partner at Dokument24 he builds legal-document automation that tailors complex rules into simple question flows, demonstrating a knack for turning regulation into usable software. His background spans hands-on senior development and technical leadership across startups and agencies, and he blends Joel Spolsky-inspired development philosophy with real-world product delivery. Based in Lyngs, Denmark, he pairs a developer’s toolset and open-source ethos with the discipline and systems-thinking of modern farming.
