Senior🎓
Top SchoolPaulo França is a seasoned backend engineer and technical leader with 10 years of experience designing and operating Python/Django platforms for both startups and large-scale ecommerce. Currently coordinating four cross-functional teams at Grupo Mateus, he helps steer architecture and scalability for a platform handling over 400M BRL (~$80M+) in monthly transactions while remaining hands-on with complex backend work. He also builds and owns greenfield product backends—at Vivida he designed the platform from scratch and continues to manage its infrastructure and reliability. Comfortable in distributed teams and fast-paced startups, Paulo blends product-minded engineering with mentoring and interview-driven hiring. He has a consistent track record of moving projects from prototype to production and prefers roles where engineering choices directly shape product evolution.
