Top SchoolPaulo Ribeiro is a product-focused engineering leader and entrepreneur with a decade of experience designing and shipping mobile-first solutions as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Simdea. Rooted in a background as a senior Android developer and mobile engineer, he blends hands-on platform expertise with product ownership and team leadership across fast-paced agencies and consultancies. He champions simplicity as a guiding design principle, turning complex problems into elegant, user-friendly mobile and web experiences. At Devoteam Creative Tech he expanded into product strategy and backlog management while still contributing to native mobile development, showing a rare mix of tactical coding and strategic prioritization.
