Top SchoolPavel Golovkin is a Technical Project Manager with 10 years of experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex software products, currently driving technical projects at Altenar. He has a strong background in backend systems and team leadership—from hands-on Java development and teaching integration technologies to building full-stack blockchain solutions with Soramitsu using Python, TypeScript and Rust. Pavel combines technical depth (architecture verification, system estimations, coding) with people skills in hiring and managing distributed teams across Russia, the US and India. He has repeatedly reported to C-level stakeholders and scaled teams for both product development and enterprise integrations, and he brings the uncommon blend of classroom teaching experience and practical project delivery to bear on mentoring engineers and improving processes.
