Senior🎓
Top SchoolPavel Sorokin is a pragmatic tech lead and project manager with 10+ years building end-to-end mobile and web systems, from Java/Scala back-ends to native iOS and Android apps and modern front-ends. He has led cross-functional teams and single-handedly delivered production-grade products for Tallink and Ampler Bikes, including an app pair that surpassed one million cumulative downloads and an IoT fleet solution tied into BigQuery, InfluxDB and Grafana. Comfortable across languages and stacks—Kotlin, Swift/SwiftUI, Elm, React, NodeJS, GraphQL—he emphasizes test-driven development and high coverage, often acting as sole developer on critical internal tools. Known for choosing simple, maintainable architectures (minimizing third-party libs) and shepherding complex migrations (e.g., IoT broker transition), he blends hands-on coding with delivery ownership and close collaboration with product and UX teams.
