Senior🎓
Top SchoolPavel Titenkov is an engineering manager and hands-on systems architect with 11 years of professional experience and a 15-year background building software and growing teams, currently leading distributed engineering at Tribia in Oslo. He combines practical technical leadership—shaping IAM/SSO, SaaS platforms and notification engines—with a strong DevOps toolkit (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, feature flags) and a track record of improving engineering culture and delivery practices. Pavel has repeatedly scaled teams from scratch and overseen full hiring pipelines, onboarding, and career development across multiple European hubs. His academic roots in theoretical computer science (PhD-level work) inform a disciplined approach to secure, auditable systems for high-impact domains like identity management. Notably, he has turned security and operational best practices into repeatable processes (engineering handbook, org-wide pipelines) that accelerate product velocity without sacrificing quality.
