SeniorPawan Poudel is a Lead Software Engineer with 13 years of professional experience and a 15+-year programming background spanning C, C++, Java, C#, Objective-C, Swift, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, and Elm. He combines hands‑on mobile and web engineering with people leadership, currently focused on leading and scaling high‑performing teams at Assurant Labs.
