Top SchoolPawel Budziszewski is a Lead Simulation Engineer based in Warsaw with around 4 years of focused experience in simulation and robotics development, and a much longer career in technical leadership and research stretching back to the mid-2000s. He has progressed from R&D and project management in safety engineering to technical and lead roles at Robocar/ROBOCAR and Sensee Solutions, and now leads simulation engineering at Robotec.ai. Trained as an M.Sc. in Robotics and Automatics from Politechnika Warszawska and having pursued doctoral-level research, he blends academic rigor with hands-on system delivery. Pawel is comfortable steering cross-functional teams and turning safety-critical research into production-ready simulation tools for autonomous systems. An understated strength is his long history as a company founder and project lead, which gives him practical products-and-process perspective beyond pure engineering.
