Senior🎓
Top SchoolPaweł Kaczmarek is a Senior Fullstack Engineer with nine years in software development and seven focused on production-grade frontend and fullstack work, transitioning from a React/TypeScript specialist into Node.js and serverless architectures. He designs and optimizes scalable, cloud-native APIs on AWS—having built mediastore and payment connector services using Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB and SQS—while still maintaining frontend product code and an open-source mediastore SDK. Comfortable leading scrum sessions and driving performance improvements, he combines hands-on implementation with pragmatic system design to reduce operational cost and latency. Based in Greater Poland, he pairs formal computer science training from Politechnika Poznańska with a track record of shipping cross-discipline features that bridge UX and backend reliability. An unusual strength is his fluency across the stack: he routinely moves from styling and React component work to serverless infrastructure and performance tuning in the same sprint.
