Senior🎓
Top SchoolPaweł Wilczyński is a Senior SRE engineer with 11 years of experience building and operating cloud-native infrastructure across startups and large enterprises, currently driving reliability at Livepeer Studio. He blends deep Python and DevOps expertise with hands-on SRE practices, having implemented Terraform/Terragrunt workflows, AWS EKS/ECS platforms, Kafka ecosystems, and automation for platforms at Ocado, Cisco, and FieldAware. Paweł has a strong background in backend development and distributed systems—developing VIRL-NG and real-time bidding systems—so he comfortably crosses the boundary between development and operations. He has repeatedly delivered self-hosted and production-grade deployments (including a self-hosted graph-node on Polygon) and focuses on observability, resilience, and repeatable infrastructure. Based in Lower Silesia, Poland, he contributes publicly via GitHub and StackOverflow, reflecting a commitment to open collaboration and practical tooling. Unusually for an SRE, his career began in full-stack and backend roles, giving him a rare combined perspective on product code and platform reliability.
