Summary
👤
SeniorPaweł Żentała is a Principal Backstage Consultant and seasoned full-stack TypeScript developer with 9 years of software experience and a deep MERN+Python/DevOps skill set. He specializes in transforming developer experience by building Backstage-based IDPs, custom plugins and AI-driven tooling that streamline workflows and formalize knowledge across enterprises. His background spans IoT, robotics and rapid prototyping—having built humanoid robot prototypes, RTLS deployments across multiple countries, and embedded solutions with ROS, ESP32 and NVIDIA Jetson. Comfortable in cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure) and CI/CD practices, he pairs hands-on engineering with UX sensitivity and a marketer’s instinct for product positioning. A lifelong Linux user who started coding at 12, he brings rare cross-domain fluency—marketing, product strategy and client-facing leadership—making technical solutions easier to adopt. Open to creative R&D and consulting roles, he’s also seeking H1B sponsorship.
