Top SchoolPedro Cornejo is a Lima-based computer science and programming educator with 11 years of experience blending psychotherapy, product thinking, and hands-on development to create human-centered learning and digital solutions. He founded and leads Vía Código, a social initiative teaching web development inside juvenile detention, and has scaled teams and products as CTO and Chief of Product across startups and consultancies. Pedro designs curricula from HTML basics to algorithmic complexity, emphasizes learn-by-doing pedagogy, and applies psychotherapeutic insight to student development and team building. He also consults on digital strategy and audits, ensuring technology investments align with human needs and organizational goals. Unusually, his practice as a humanistic psychotherapist informs recruitment, onboarding, and learner diagnostics, making his approach to tech education equally about skills and personal transformation.
