Top SchoolPeetu Nuottajärvi is a Finnish software engineer and entrepreneur with 11 years of experience building MVPs, teaching developers, and scaling a startup into a nine-million-euro business. As co-founder of Buutti Oy he led product teams, ran vocational bootcamps, handled recruiting and sales, and served on the board through a successful 2023 acquisition by Netum Oyj. Hands-on across the stack, he ships React/React Native and Node.js solutions, has implemented AR/WebGL tooling for 3D assets, and previously developed C# desktop geodata apps. He combines startup pragmatism—acting as de facto CTO for early customers—with a passion for growing tech talent, having trained junior developers from classrooms to client projects. Based in Oulu, he brings a rare mix of delivery focus, people-building, and product-facing technical leadership.
