Senior🎓
Top SchoolPeppe Russo is a Senior Full Stack Python Engineer based in London with nine years of experience building resilient APIs, internal developer tools, and scalable microservices across media, VFX, and consumer industries. He combines deep Python expertise (Flask, Django, pytest) and cloud-native practices (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFormation) with hands-on DevOps ownership of CI/CD, monitoring and infra automation. Peppe has a strong track record of improving developer experience—authoring company-wide Python standards, testing libraries and pytest plugins—and has applied those skills to reduce flaky tests in award-winning VFX software. Comfortable translating artist and customer needs into production-ready code, he also brings uncommon domain crossover: a background in animation and VFX tooling that informs pragmatic, performance-conscious engineering.
