Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolPere Sola is a founding frontend engineer based in Dublin with nine years of experience shaping product-focused web experiences using JavaScript, React and TypeScript. He specialises in building interfaces where AI meets UX, and has driven onboarding and KYC flows at scale as part of Pleo’s core acquisition funnel. Before shifting full-time to engineering he managed strategic enterprise and regional accounts at Stripe and Google, bringing a rare combination of customer-facing business acumen and hands-on frontend craftsmanship. A Lambda/Bloom Institute graduate, Pere thrives in small cross-functional teams and prioritises robust testing and design systems (Cypress, Jest, Storybook) to ship reliable user journeys. His background across tech sales, marketing and public policy gives him an unusually holistic view of product problems and how they impact both users and business outcomes.
