Top SchoolPete Ina is a design leader with 11+ years of experience shaping product and UX strategy across consumer electronics, aviation, and enterprise industries, currently leading Fire TV Core UX Design at Amazon. He has a proven track record of bringing clarity to complex product lifecycles, building corporate design systems, and scaling design quality across global organizations. Pete blends design thinking, usability research, and development practices to deliver pragmatic, production-ready experiences—from embedded device interfaces at Motorola and Sony Ericsson to large-scale digital platforms at Honeywell and Alaska Airlines. He has led cross-functional teams, established tooling and pattern libraries nominated for industry recognition, and driven voice-centric and multimodal interaction strategies. Based in Snoqualmie, Washington, he is comfortable operating at both hands-on design and organizational leadership levels, with a background in HCI and an MS in Product Development. A less obvious strength: he repeatedly translates deep technical constraints into elegant user experiences that reduce training needs and operational overhead.
