Senior🎓
Top SchoolPeter A is a experienced Build Lead with 14 years in game and studio infrastructure, currently driving build systems and CI/CD at Codemasters after senior build leadership roles at Build A Rocket Boy and EA. He designs and maintains end-to-end build ecosystems—Jenkins (JCasC, Pipeline, Job DSL), containerized builds, VM provisioning on vSphere, and observability stacks like Grafana and Kibana—while scripting automation in Python and PowerShell. Comfortable across Windows and Linux, he brings hands-on DevOps pragmatism tied to version control workflows (Perforce, Git) and in-house build tooling. His background writing tooling for QA and automated testing in game consoles gives him a practical appreciation for fast, repeatable pipelines in complex product environments. Based in East Hampshire, he combines operational stewardship with incremental engineering: improving reliability day-to-day while shipping automation that reduces manual toil.
