Top SchoolPeter Birch is a Process Optimisation Specialist and Lean Coach with 14 years of formal experience and over two decades building problem-solving teams across manufacturing, services and public sector organisations. He designs and implements Lean systems, quality management (ISO 9001:2015) and training programs that translate strategic goals into measurable operational improvements. Peter has led end-to-end process redesign and Six Sigma projects at organisations including TAC, NDIS and Specsavers, and brings hands-on "Go See" coaching to embed daily continuous improvement. Unusually for his field, he combines frontline engineering roots with curriculum development and teaching experience, making him both a practitioner and a content expert (notably on Lean Gone Lego).
