Top SchoolPeter Ciang is a Berlin-based SRE with 11 years of software engineering experience, currently shaping reliability at Scalable Capital after infrastructure roles at Delivery Hero and Grab. He combines hands-on DevOps practice—managing self-hosted CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins), Terraform Enterprise, AWS/Azure provisioning with Terraform/Packer/Ansible—with a developer’s fluency from prior full‑stack work in Python, Django, React, Ruby on Rails and Go. Adept at incident management and blameless post-mortems, he automates and glues systems together with pragmatic scripting to reduce toil and improve observability. His background spanning consumer platforms and fintech-grade ops gives him a knack for balancing rapid feature delivery with production resilience.
