Machine Learning Engineer
Helsinki, Finland
Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolPeter Todorov is an AI entrepreneur and ML researcher with eight years’ experience building production-grade computer vision and large language model applications from research to deployed systems. He pioneered event camera processing and patented deep-learning algorithms that enabled autonomous driving in dark tunnels, and led development of the world’s first event camera signal processor while at Huawei. Based in Helsinki, he blends academic rigor (MSc in Machine Learning) with hands-on engineering across startups and Tier-1 OEM projects, shipping practical systems in robotics, automotive, and embedded imaging. Notably, his work spans both low-level sensor signal processing and higher-level LLM/CV products, reflecting a rare full-stack ML-for-vision skill set that he now applies as founder of a stealth AI startup.
