Senior🎓
Top SchoolPeterson Santos is a serial entrepreneur and software leader with 14 years of experience building products and teams across fintech, e‑commerce and custom software. As Founder & CEO of Trio he architects real‑time, anti‑fraud payment rails that reconcile ultra‑high transaction volumes over Brazil’s PIX network and enable global FX settlement in seconds. He co‑founded and still guides ateliware, a product-driven software atelier that blends design-led ideation with end-to-end engineering, and previously launched Minestore to simplify online retail. Technically hands‑on and business‑oriented, Peterson combines deep Dynamics AX integration experience from enterprise projects with startup velocity in payments infrastructure. He’s known for turning complex operational requirements into pragmatic, scalable systems and for preferring craftsmanship in product delivery over one-size-fits-all solutions. Based in Paraná, Brazil, he pairs developer DNA with investor and board experience to bridge product, technology and go‑to‑market strategy.
